This includes account activation, invoice creation, configuration plus the addition of a logo (if requested) to the questionnaires.

Monthly Fee Option
This includes access to BiMedical.net and unlimited use, printing and copying of the questionnaires for use at a single physical location (street address).

• Clinics or Urgent Care facilities   $500
• 1 Bed to 100 Bed facilities   $600
• 101 Bed to 400 Bed facilities   $700
• Greater than 400 Bed facilities   $800

New! Pay as you go option
In response to customer demand we’re offering the BiMedical.net service on a pay as you go basis.

• $2.00 per downloaded form
• All other associated costs waived until May 2010
• Monthly or Quarterly billing cycle

Miscellaneous Support Fees
Initial setup will be conducted by a pre-arranged telephone appointment. Customer must have approved Network Evaluation form and completed firewall configuration requirements provided by Language Line Services prior to the call. Initial training and setup will be conducted via telephone and is provided at no charge.
