This includes account activation, invoice creation, configuration plus the addition of a logo (if requested) to the questionnaires.

• One time set up fee for each account   $250

Annual Fee
This includes access to BiMedical.net and unlimited use, printing and copying of the questionnaires for use at a single physical location (street address).

• Clinics or Urgent Care facilities   $600
• 1 Bed to 100 Bed facilities   $700
• 101 Bed to 400 Bed facilities   $800
• Greater than 400 Bed facilities   $900

Miscellaneous Support Fees
None! This service has been designed to be easy to implement and support. If you can access the internet, you can use our service. If there is a local issue that degrades the use of BiMedical.net, we will solve the problem at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
No questions asked pro-rated cancellation policy. If you’re not satisfied at any time and would like to cancel your BiMedical.net service, we’ll refund the balance of your annual fee in full month increments.
