Measure Patient Satisfaction
We know you strive to assess and improve the quality of your health care delivery. LEP patients are a unique population and may have difficulty accessing standard patient satisfaction surveys. Our measurement tool provides insightful information to assist continuous performance improvement for this important population.

Immediate Feedback
Your LEP patients can complete our satisfaction survey before they leave your facility. An internally developed QA program can then use this data to assess and improve the quality of your service, if necessary. While not a replacement for a formal data-collection service, we believe the information received is invaluable.
